  • eBay dropshipping automation

Posted by Jimmy Silencer on May 28, 2026 at 8:30 am

My eBay store sales keep climbing up steadily every single week. The obvious downside is that processing all these orders by hand and forwarding the details to the dropship supplier takes up my entire day. Catching the tracking numbers and uploading them back to the buyer takes a huge chunk of time too. I literally can’t even find a free minute to sit down and drink a cup of tea right now. Is there any way to actually automate all this routine work?

Those order notifications popping up on the screen bring a pretty great feeling. A growing store definitely requires a shift in how you handle your daily operations. You might want to look into hiring a virtual assistant from overseas to take care of the repetitive tasks. A remote worker can copy the shipping details over to your supplier and update the tracking codes. You just train a person once and they’ll run the backend process for you.

Human workers eventually make typos in the shipping addresses or mix up the tracking codes entirely. A remote team also requires constant communication just to keep the daily workflow moving smoothly. A proper software program handles the exact same job much faster and runs around the clock. You can read about the available software for automated order fulfillment right here: https://easync.io/articles/best-order-fulfillment-software-for-ecommerce-dropshipping/ . The article breaks down the top programs that link your supplier directly to your store. The system simply grabs the tracking info and updates the buyer automatically.
